Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations for using the AI Saju conversation service provided by Gwiraedang (“the Service”).
2. Nature of the service
The Service computes your Saju (Four Pillars) chart and lets you converse with AI characters about it. Everything the Service provides is reference-only entertainment for self-reflection — it is not fortune-telling prediction and not professional advice.
3. Payment (currently none)
During the current beta period, all features are free — there are no payments and no ads. Conversations with counselors are free up to a daily limit (extra turns may be granted for sharing that day). The payment-related terms below will apply only once paid features are introduced in the future. In the future, some features (such as extended conversation) may consume in-app currency (“bokchae”), and paid options may be introduced. Because digital content (such as bokchae) is delivered and consumed immediately upon use, the right to withdraw your purchase may be limited for the portion already used; refunds for any unused portion will follow applicable law and separately posted terms.
4. User obligations and age requirement
You must not use someone else's information without authorization, or use the Service for any unlawful or improper purpose. This Service is not available to users under 14 (we do not offer a parental-consent process). Minors should use the Service under a guardian's supervision.
5. Disclaimer of liability
You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service's content, and for the consequences of those decisions. The Service is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or outages of external AI/infrastructure providers.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may change in accordance with applicable law. We will post a notice in the Service when they do.
