Refund Policy

Credit packs aren’t on sale yet. This policy applies from the day they open.
1. Scope
This policy covers Gwiraedang credit packs (30 credits for $3.99 · 100 credits for $9.99 · 300 credits for $22.99 · 1000 credits for $59.99). Credits are digital content you use to keep talking about your Saju chart after the 6 free chats in a day (one chat, one credit; one per chart when you bring in several). Each pack is a one-time payment and never renews. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record.
2. Full refund within 7 days
If, within 7 days of paying, you haven't used any credits from that pack, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
3. Refunds for unused credits
After you've started using a pack, or after 7 days, you can still get back unused paid credits: we refund the number of credits left times the per-credit price you paid, minus 10%. Credits already used aren't refunded.
Free coins earned by sharing or visiting weren't paid for, so they aren't refundable.
If a problem on our end kept you from using your credits, or the law requires a refund, we'll refund accordingly. Credits for a reply that failed before it started are returned automatically.
If someone under 19 paid without a legal guardian's consent, they or their guardian can cancel the payment.
4. Limits on withdrawal
Credits are added to your account the moment you pay. Once you start using them, your right to withdraw may be limited for the part you've used under Article 17(2) of Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. We tell you this on the pricing page and in the credits section of Settings before you pay. The 7-day full refund in section 2 and the unused-credit refund in section 3 apply regardless.
5. Credits don't expire
Credits you buy don't expire. If Gwiraedang ever shuts down, we'll give notice first and refund unused paid credits under section 3 without the 10% deduction.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address you paid with and the payment date. Once we’ve checked, we’ll refund to your original payment method through Dodo Payments and remove the refunded credits from your account. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take a few days to show up.
